  Over the last year I have bought a number of different items (mostly watches for my wife and kids) and not only do we love the watches, but the customer service is excellent. I'm a watch collector and I often bring in watches to get them resized and adjusted to fit my wrist. Even though I bring in quite a few on a regular basis, they are always happy and eager to help me out. I guess they are banking on the fact that I will buy the odd thing from their store too. And they were right because I have done just that. They could teach many other types of business what customer service is all about. I love the fact that there is no pressure to sell me anything. I really like how much they know about the stuff they carry. They have a truly beautiful store and their staff are incredibly nice and knowledgeable. You can bet that I will be back quite a bit. Lots of really nice jewellery & watches in the store and it is fun to look at all of it. I leave with a smile on my face every time I visit them!
