- Melissa Simpson Added 2018-05-04★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If I could give negative stars for this place, I would. We signed an agreement for one unit and they are trying to charge us for 2 units. We have paid the amount that is owing for the one unit but because we refuse to pay for a second unit they are holding ours and our baby's stuff. When I called to speak with them, I was hung up on then told that because I wasn't there to sign, they wouldn't talk to me. Even with permission. Very, very poor customer service and would definitely not recommend this place for anyone. Would hate for anyone else to get ripped off.
